CHU held its 8th Well-read Student Awards ceremony to promote a culture of reading among currently enrolled students and contribute to the academic atmosphere of the campus library. The contest promotes recognition of the need for students to use the library and contributes to producing graduates with an extensive reading background. The ceremony honored students who borrowed and read the greatest number of books between March 1 and November 30, 2014, from the library on campus. A total of 7 students received awards. The awards included the CHU President's Award and scholarships.

2nd : Jeon Bohwan (healthcare administration, 4^th year)

3rd : Igracia (nursing, 4^th year)

4th : Byeon Heyonju (nursing, 4^th year)

5th : Kang Jiyun (clinical pathology, 3^rd year)

6th : Kim Hyeonjin (radiology, 3^rd year)

7th : Hong Eunsuk (nursing, 4^th year)
