Department of Early Childhood Education at CHU (President: Kim, Seong - Hun) hosted the 9^th Gaonnuri Festival and a gathering of senior and junior students on November 11.

Gaonnuri, which means ¡°always the center of the world¡±, has been a tradition of the department since 2006.

The 9^th Gaonnuri Festival presented Gaon Program for children and Nuri Program for adults. Especially this year¡¯s festival preparation also performed an educational purpose for the prospective teachers to plan and direct an event. Gaon program included puppet shows, titled ¡°Give me my tail back¡±, ¡°Crayon and Monsters¡±, ¡°The story of little red riding hood¡± and a plant cake making activity. On the other hand in the Nuri program, students from Department of Early Childhood Education prepared thematic hands-on activities based on 4 fairy tales (Sleeping Beauty, Alice from Wonderland, Wizard of Oz who loved Pinocchio, Korean Cinderella who was jealous of the Little Mermaid). 

After the festival, senior and junior students came together and shared the moment of unity.
