HRD Agency (Director: Hyun Jung Kim) at CHU (President: Kim, Seong - Hun) operates an HRD barista license program from November 23, 2015.

A license program associated HRD enables participants to work and study at the same time and when they meet NCS (National Competency Standards), they can obtain a license that government issues. It is run as following.

1.     Job position for the program: Barista

2.     Operation Period: November 2015-July 2016 (Once a week for 8 months) by CHU HRD Agency

3.     Participating corporations: BNBK inc, Hotel and Resort inc, Hansung Engineering Grabel, Benikea I-Jin Hotel

4.     Participants: 20

5.     Job description: Barista BCS Level 3 (manipulating a grinder, steaming milk for coffee, espresso brewing, operating a coffee machine, managing a café, and customer services, etc.)
