For the first exchange agreement in 2016, Office of International Affairs at CHU (president: Kim, Seong – Hun) signed on an exchange agreement with the two Chinese universities. The partners who will run joint-curriculum and share academic exchanges are Pukou Secondary Specialized School, Nanjing and Rugao No. 1 Secondary Specialized School, Jiangsu.
Nanjing Pukou Secondary Specialized School was founded in 1986 and selected as a national central vocational school by Chinese Ministry of Education. On the other hand, Jiangsu Rugao No. 1 Secondary Specialized School was founded in 1980 and considered as a state level vocational school that offers more than 20 majors such as shipbuilding, architecture, IT, economics and trade to more than 5300 students.
Hopefully through the agreement CHU can expand its student and scholar exchanges with other junior colleges in Jiangsu, which may entail CHU¡¯s academic development.
